I used my LockPort for all of my last shots. Most of them were shot with my RedRock micro Shoulder Rig, which gives me maximum flexibility and is ideal for one man productions. During the previous shots I often bumped to the Mini HDMI cables and after a while both broke! There is nothing more annoying than a not working camera kit, especially if it is the only one. After the second cable broke I ordered the LockPort and it works awesome! I use it on my 7D since then and due to the simple design it is working very great. The large HDMI plug won't break unless you use brute force.In the past year or so we’ve seen many laptops and video cards that are coming equipped with mini DisplayPort connections but those laptops and video cards don’t come with adapters so you can actually make use of those ports. Today I’ve got a short review for you of a product that many of you might find very useful, it’s a 3-in-1 adapter that goes from mini DisplayPort output to DVI, Mini HDMI or stand DisplayPort video inputs. The product is just a small white box really, not much special or exciting about it but it is inexpensive and it does the job it needs to do.

I wanted to share for the 10GB CNA and flash

I repeated the process and the errors went away. I’ve managed to finally get them working and recognized, but it most certainly was not as straightforward as I had anticipated.our storage partners sent over some second-generation (Gen2) Qlogic QLE8142 dual-port converged network adapters 10GB CNA for me to use. These adapters joined the Emulex CNA that I had already procured for the lab to the latest version. The first time I flashed it, the 10GB CNA reported errors during the POST on the next reboot. Fibre will provide 10GB HBA Ethernet and


I couldn’t omit the --nosigcheck parameter because esxupdate then failed with error 20 (VibSigMissing). That, unfortunately, worked only for the Ethernet drivers and not the HBA drivers. To make the 10GB HBA drivers install, I had to install the RPM directly and include the --force parameter because ESX thought the version that was already installed was newer than the beta driver I was trying to install. I did finally get both sets of drivers installed, though.Once both sets of drivers were installed, the 10GbE NICs and the 10GB HBA were both recognized in vCenter Server, but the ESX console showed an error about missing signatures.
